About the guest Mr. Ishimaru Masakuni:
Mr. Ishimaru Masakuni was born and grown up in main udon origin - Sanuki town, Kagawa Prefecture, who pocesses a great passion on udon noodle culture. He has been joined Ishimaru Seimen for over 20 years. He is now a sales manager of the company and responsible for product and udon culture promotion in Japan and overseas.
