Terms and Conditions of city’super Yamagata Premium Wagyu sets

1. Cardmembers of Eligible Cards (as defined in Clause 2 of the Terms and Conditions) (“Eligible Cardmembers”) can enjoy the following Yamagata Premium Wagyu sets Pre-order Offers (“Offers”) at city’super E-Shop Website (https://preorder.citysuper.com.hk/collections/yamagata-beef-the-queen-of-wagyu-premium-set)  within the following Promotion Periods:

2. To enjoy the Offers, Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers must settle full payment with American Express® Cards issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong (“Eligible Cards”) during the Promotion Period. Cardmembers who settle with American Express® US Dollar Card, American Express® Corporate Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offers. Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offers.

3. Offers are applicable to items in the “Yamagata Beef – The Queen of Wagyu Premium Set” E-Shop page from city’super E-Shop Website only.

4. Offers are not applicable to the city’super E-Shop App.

5. Expired Offers will not be accepted, and no retrospective arrangements will be made.

6. Offers are available while stocks last and on a first-come-first-served basis.

7. Free delivery services within Hong Kong are provided. Delivery period from 12 to 19 December & 25 – 30 December inclusively. Eligible Cardmembers will receive notification of delivery arrangements by phone call from city’super 3 days before delivery. For details, please check with city’super.

8. Should the merchandise be found defective, exchange of merchandise will be arranged. The exchange procedure will take about 1-2 weeks. For details, please check with city’super.

9. super e and super e-gold members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount from the Offers. Relevant members are required to log in at the city'super E-Shop (online.citysuper.com.hk) before making the transaction with Eligible Cards to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.

10. Transactions may be canceled due to seasonal stock shortage. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions.

11. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, member reward eCoupons or any other promotional offers or coupons, unless otherwise specified.

12. City Super Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. American Express and City Super Limited reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

16. In case of any dispute, American Express and City Super Limited reserve the right of final decision.

17. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
