Japanese Ruby Roman Grape Feature:

• Hailing from Ishikawa prefecture, the Ruby Roman grape took 14 years of research and development before entering the market, and boast a sweetness level of 18. Each grape has a minimum diameter of 31mm and a minimum weight of 30g. The grapes, which are usually sold by tender, are the most expensive variety on the Japanese market.
• Burgundy-coloured hue and is twice as big as the standard Kyoho grape. It's incredibly juicy and sweet, with a nicely subtle sourness. With an extremely small annual production, it is considered as rare and valuable as the rubies whose name it bears.
• 500g – 800g/box
