Terms and Conditions

  1. Notification of delivery arrangements will be sent by city’super 1 days before delivery.

  2. If you purchase different peaches in your order, you may receive multiple parcels due to different peaches arrival dates.
  3. To arrange for store pickup, please add a note to your order before completing the checkout process.

  4. Customers collecting their order in-store must inspect the goods at the time of collection. If any items are found to be damaged or defective, the customer may request a replacement, subject to store availability.

  5. To maintain the quality standards of our products, all products are non-refundable once sold.

  6. Fruits are natural products and their colour and size may vary due to growing conditions and weather. The product images are for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail.

  7. Free delivery services within Hong Kong are provided. Delivery lead time is about 3-8 weeks (depending on the specific batch ordered) upon confirmation of the order. Customers will receive a notification of delivery arrangements by phone call from city’super 1 day before delivery. Should you require a change in the delivery date, a fee of HK$100 will be incurred for each modification. Customers are advised to inspect the items upon receipt and to refrigerate the merchandise immediately. If delivery is requested to leave the merchandise in front of the residence door, property management office, or reception, the recipient assumes the risk regarding the quality of the merchandise.

  8. Should the merchandise be found defective, an exchange of merchandise will be arranged. Merchandise ordered is non-refundable. The exchange procedure will take about 1-2 weeks. Customers must visit designated city’super stores to initiate the exchange and inspect the replacement items immediately, as no further requests will be accepted after leaving the store. Each order is limited to one exchange. For details, please check with city’super. For visible external issues (bruises, mold, rot), Customers can take photos and contact city’super customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
